A total of 950 walkers and runners registered to participate in the first annual Run for Woods, a 5K run and one-mile walk that benefits Woods Services, a nonprofit that provides numerous programs and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Event participants have raised $215,000 for Woods. Great job! Special thanks go out to the Presenting Sponsor, Faulkner-Ciocca Dealerships. Other sponsors include; Independence Blue Cross, Ally Auto, Hyundai Motor America, Ethos, Auto Trader.Com, Cloudnexa and Subaru. The Phillie Phanatic, Jasmine Daniels, Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA and recording artist, Lisa Farrell were on hand to greet participants and have fun.
When people that love great food get together, good things can happen. Good things such as CHEFS EXTRAORDINAIRE; A CULINARY & WINE TASTING fund raising event for the Manasquan-based Common Ground Grief Center. Cuisine was prepared by Monmouth and Ocean Counties Chefs. Guests enjoyed fine wines and gourmet desserts.

We had the pleasure to book 14-year-old entrepreneur, Gabrielle Jordan Williams, who founded Jewelz of Jordan Jewelry Company at the age of 9, as the keynote speaker at the all-day “Celebration of Womanhood Conference” conference. Emmy nominated broadcast journalist, Giovanna Drpic, served as emcee.
The conference provided over 300 young girls a meaningful and uplifting message about their self-worth; promoted the value of education and for them to work towards realizing their dreams. It was an honor for Antares to write, direct and produce this worthwhile conference.
On Saturday, May 17th the New York Red Bulls players and Red Bulls Training Program Coaches joined forces with local leaders from the City of Elizabeth, New Jersey to conduct a soccer clinic for kids ages 7-16.
The soccer clinic was the highlight of the “Get Fit Day” event which promoted good health, positive peer interaction and, a healthy and active lifestyle. The outdoor event garnered LOTS of positive press for the city of Elizabeth and fostered new corporate relationships.
Countless guests enjoyed cuisine from over 30 restaurants and dessert vendors at “Chefs Extraordinaire: Culinary & Wine Tasting" th benefit Common Ground Grief Center. Guests were also available to sample a variety of wines, including sangria as well as craft beers from a beer garden.

Food & Wine Tastings represents a “sip” or “taste” event which requires little time to implement for your committee. This type of social event is affordable to the general public and it also appeals to potential corporate sponsors due to unlimited opportunities for networking
The NASDAQ opening and closing bells are events that are broadcasted around the world so that hundreds of thousands can part-take in the event. It is considered very special and an honor for those who participate.
The opening and closing bell ceremonies at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York’s Times Square serves as a platform to generate exposure for your company, make a news announcement or celebrate corporate milestones.
Hosted by a NASDAQ OMX senior executive and ANTARES representative, the opening and closing bells allow listed companies to address a wide audience with specific messages.
Antares was asked to assist with an awards and concert benefit to launch a fundraising campaign to provide 800 million gallons of free, clean water to Haiti for the next 25 years through the Haiti Lives On initiative.
The event featured an art exhibit and auction by Maeva Fouche and music by the International Electric Transfusion Band. NJ for Haiti honored local non-profits and individuals who have been instrumental in helping Haiti. It was so inspiring to run this event helping so many in need!
Large scale social events take much planning to produce. Once a timeline, budget and goals have been established, the rest is up to Antares. During the entire process we will continue frequent and timely communication with committee members and staff so as to maintain the timeline and keep sight of the goals set.
When the day of the event arrives, we continue our promise to provide you with a memorable, professionally managed and successful event. Antares is continuously honored to produce The Marfan Foundation’s Heartworks Gala, held each year in Manhattan. It is the Foundation’s largest fundraising event, raising more than $9 million since its inception in 2000.

ELLE Magazine and Industry Magazine honored Salon G as one of its “A-List Top-Notch Beauty Businesses” for its unique techniques, strong educational base and standout customer service at a recent red-carpet awards reception produced by Antares.
During my tenure with the Muscular Dystrophy Association I had the honor to help develop and implement an event that is still very dear to my heart. Muscle Team is a high profile sports dinner where professional athletes join together to put their muscle behind the search to find treatments and cures for neuromuscular diseases. Each athlete is paired with a MDA Buddy, a local child living with muscular dystrophy. I recruited many current and retired athletes from the New York Tri-State area sports teams throughout the years to lend their support to the event. It was my pleasure and honor to develop corporate sponsorships, celebrity relationships and life-long friendships and professional contacts through this amazing fundraising event.
